Exactly one thing costs money: USD 17.00, paid once. It unlocks the printable PDF drawn to scale 1:50 and the key «rp_…» that lets Claude or ChatGPT plan your own rooms with Roomproof. It covers every plan in your account, with no subscription and no expiry. Bought without an account, it covers the plan it was bought for. The price is final, nothing is added.
Planning itself, drawing, checking for collisions and clearances and the watermarked preview are free and need no account.
Delivery is immediate after payment: the export is unlocked and the key is shown in the confirmation and in your account. The PDF is also sent to the email address entered at checkout.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details are never sent to or stored by Bircher products.
Stripe acts as the seller towards the customer (Managed Payments) and pays any foreign sales taxes. That is why the displayed price stays the same for customers in the EU, even though a tax applies there.
If the export turns out to be unusable after purchase, you get your money back. Just email info@raumcheck.ch within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed.
Swiss law gives no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, so this refund is a promise by Bircher products, not a legal requirement. Customers in the EU expressly agree at checkout to immediate delivery and confirm that their statutory right of withdrawal ends once the file is available. The 14-day refund above still applies.
Roomproof is a planning tool. Dimensions come from the uploaded plan or from values you entered. Whether a piece of furniture really fits depends on things a floor plan does not show: skirting boards, pipes, door stops, uneven walls, floor build-up.
